Kreinik #4 Very Fine Braid

Kreinik #4 Very Fine Braid is the premier metallic thread for cross stitching because it is so soft and easy to use. Available on 11 metre (12 yard) spools.

Kreinik #4 Very Fine Braid  is Kreinik’s thinnest metallic braid. It comes in basic colours plus Hi Lustre (HL), Glow in the Dark (F), Antique (V), Corded (C) and Holographic (HL). It is the most popular metallic for cross stitch.

Stitch with Very Fine #4 Braid in cross stitch (16-18 ct) and Needlepoint (for light details on 18-30 ct). It’s also nice and thin for Machine Embroidery, Scrapbooking and Card Making embellishments.

Care Instructions

Kreinik’s Braids, Filaments and Ribbons are machine washable. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.  Do not iron directly onto the metallic –  use a press cloth.
Note: some colors like red may bleed, so testing a swatch before washing your entire project is recommended .
