DMC Coloris Perle 8 is a highly mercerised, non-divisible, lustrous 100% variegated cotton thread. Variegated embroidery threads are embroidery threads that change color within the same thread. The twist of the thread is how it received its “Perle” description. The thread is soft, silky, does not fluff or kink. It is  colourfast , fade resistant and washable.

The size of the thread is similar to 3 strands of DMC stranded embroidery thread.  DMC Coloris Pearl 8 is a supple thread that provides wonderful volume and dimension to your embroidery.

The thread is supplied as a 10gram ball and there is approx 80m of thread per ball.
