PP181 White Mill Hill 18CT Perforated PVC

This is 18 count perforated PVC suitable for needlework, scrap-booking and more.  PVC resists tearing but can easily be cut using scissors or a craft knife.

Mill Hill Perforated PVC is a needlework material made from PVC and replaces the original Mill Hill perforated paper.
