Poppy Cross Stitch Pattern by Sajou – Tinctorial Plants collection

This garden poppy is a cross stitch pattern chart derived from the spectacular Sajou Tinctorial Plants project in their Museums and Heritage Collection. The petals from this flower, the Papaver Orientale, gives colours ranging from pink to violet.  You can discover the history of this plant whose seeds have been found in Neolithic dwellings dating back over 5000 years.
