This delightful embroiderers pouch is as pretty on the inside as the outside.
Finished satchel closed: 14cm high, 20cm wide, 2cm deep
Open: 37cm high, 20cm wide
Sajou products necessary:
- 50 X 70cm piece of 12 count tea coloured linen fabric coloured
- Retors du Nord thread colours: 2004 (DMC Blanc), 2705 (DMC 645) , 2409 x2 (DMC 815/814)
- 2 x 15mm buttons to cover
Also required: wadding, iron-on interfacing, cardboard (or Rhodoid – a type of plastic sheeting)
The stitches are explained and the patterns are printed in colour making them easy to follow
