282ZA DMC Metallic Thread

283ZA DMC metallic thread light gold is a  spool of non-divisible metallized thread that will add light and sparkle to your project.  This silky thread slips easily through most fabrics.

The thread is designed for hand embroidery and not suitable for machine sewing.  When stitching with metallic threads, work with a short strand to reduce wear of the thread.

There are 3 colors in the collection: Light Gold, Silver and Dark Gold.
DMC Metallic Embroidery Threads 282ZA, 283ZA and 284ZA  may be washed at 30°C and ironed on low.  Do not use bleach, do not tumble dry.  Suitable for dry cleaning (Any solvent except tetrachlorethylene).

Composition: 65% rayon and 35% metallized polyester (lamé).
Length of spool: 40 m (43.7 yards)
