12 pages of patterns with full instructructions for the main design, plus versions for a table runner, a pillow and a framed version of the hen on perforated paper.

For the main design, the fabric suggested is: Lambswool Wichelt Linen 32ct or 355-135 Lambswool Aida 16ct. You could also use Zweigart 32ct Antique Ivory.

Stitched Area Size for the main design: 19.5″ w x 26″ h (50cm x 66cm) on 32 count stitched over two threads, or 16 count fabric stitched over one thread. Allow extra for edges and framing.
Stitch count is: 312w x 416h

For the table runner suggested fabric is 18 count Antique White
For the pillow, suggested fabric is 14 count Aida or 28 count lavender fabric
For the framed hen, suggested is 14 count perforated paper from Mill Hill

Most of the buttons are now unavailable as they have been discontinued by the supplier. The pattern is still lovely though without them. You could be creative and substitute a few of the buttons that are left in the Jim Shore ceramic range, or maybe add some christmas charms of your own choice.
