Kreinik #8 Fine Braid is available on 10 metre (11 yard) spools.

Slightly thicker than #4 Metallic Braid, it is about the weight of two strands of cotton embroidery floss. This is a round thread and is approximately 0.50mm in diameter. It is very popular for cross stitch, needlepoint and embroidery. Use straight off the reel (not plied or separated).

Fine Braid comes in basic metallic colors plus antique (V), hi lustre (HL), holographic (L), corded (C) and glow in the dark (F).

Use Kreinik Fine #8 Braid in Cross Stitch (11-14ct), Needlepoint (18-30 ct), Crochet (equivalent to a #10 crochet weight), Scrapbooking & Card making.

Care Suggestions

Hand and machine washable; tumble dry on low. Do not iron directly onto the metallic; use a press cloth.
Note: some colors like red may bleed, so testing a swatch before washing your entire project is recommended .
